Why Use Trend Line ??

Look at the yellow circle the Double Bottom Formation it' s mean if not breakdown running price will retrace again or the new Up trend beginning.
See the trend line ( Purple) If Uj can not break my trend line in the top UJ will retrace again...the first target maybe the Middle Bollinger (black).
but if break Up the first target the hight yesterday see the horizontal trend line ( brown)...

Fact - 95% of forex traders lose and they will make one or more of the mistakes below, so avoid these common errors or join them, here they are:
1. Trying to Predict Forex Prices

Most novice traders think that the way to win is to predict where prices are going but that's simply hoping or guessing and you won't get far with that currency trading - you need to trade confirmation of trend changes only.

2. Believing Markets are Scientific

Forex traders who try to predict also fall victim to the myth that markets are scientific. They follow forex trading systems based around - Elliot Wave, Gann, or Fibonacci and lose. Of course these systems all fail because if there was a scientific theory of market movement, we would all know the price in advance and there would be no market!

Trading FX is a game of odds not certainties.

3. Day Trading

The most common myth of all. More novice traders try to use forex day trading systems than any other method - it doesn't work. As we have said forex is a game of odds not certainties and there is no way you can possibly work out where prices are going within a day.

If you day trade the odds are against you and you will lose your money - period.

4. Trading to Often

Most traders think they should always be in the market in case they miss a move but this is rubbish. You should only trade when your currency trading system tells you there is high odds trade, then and only then should you execute your trading signal.

5. Trying to Buy Low Sell High

This again goes with the trader who wants to predict prices with their forex trading strategy - but it wont work and the best moves with the best odds are breakouts. Most major trends start from new market highs and you need to learn to buy them if you want to make money.

6. Blindly Following a Vendor

There are plenty of vendors selling forex trading signals and forex trading system software where if you follow it they tell you that you can make money - the vast majority are junk and come with simulated track records. Try and find one with a real track record and get ready for a long search.

We can all make money in hindsight but that's not the real world.

7. Trying to Trade the News

If people could trade by following the news there would be a lot more winners than losers! Sure the stories are convincing but that's all they are stories. I love Harry Potter books but I don't think I can fly! News reflects the greed and fear of the herd and if you trade it get ready to dump your money quickly.

8. Making Their Forex Trading System to Complicated.

Many traders assume the more inputs they cram in the better a trading system will work however the total opposite is true - cram too many indicators in and the system will break. Simple systems work best as they are more robust.

9. Failure to Run Profits

There is a lot about said about traders not keeping their losses small, but a far bigger reason for losses is their failure to run profits. Traders get excited when they get a profit and the bigger it gets the more tempted they are to take it. Of course a few dips in their open equity, sees them snatch it - then what happens?

It turns into a mega trend and goes the way they thought and their not in - this happens all the time. You need to have confidence and conviction to accept huge gains.

10. Over leveraging and Stops to Close

Sure you can get 400:1 leverage and trades use it and place stops within normally volatility. I often hear people talk about using a 30 pip stop! Well you may as well flip a coin; market volatility will kill your equity.

You need to de leverage and give a s top that's logical

Finally - Answer this question Before You Trade:

If you understand you mustn't make the above mistakes there is one more question to consider before you trade ask yourself this:

What's your trading edge?

In other words why should you win when the vast majority of traders fail? The edge you have must be logical and you must have confidence in it, to beat the majority of losers. If you don't know what it is you don't have one and its back to your forex education.

Forex can give you a life changing income if you work smart, avoid the mistakes above, get a simple currency trading system and apply it with discipline and you will soon be enjoying currency trading success.

Forex Trading Trend Patterns - The Head and Shoulders Top/Bottom

Head and shoulders tops and bottoms are relatively easy to recognize Forex trading trend patterns, because they have a distinctive shape that identifies them. Nevertheless, it is still a vital part of learning forex trading, and you should still make an effort to understand it.

One way to view head and shoulders top patterns is to view them the same as double top trend patterns, with an added top between the two tops, that is higher than the other two tops.

In a similar way, the head and shoulders bottom trend pattern resembles the double bottom trend pattern, with an added low bottom in the middle.

Same as for the double top and bottom trend patterns, the head and shoulders patterns should be used for the last rise/drop, when investors should enter and place the Forex trading order.

The reason it's called head and shoulders trend patterns, if you haven't figured it out for yourself, is because the pattern resembles a human like figure, with the top tops on both sides as the shoulders, and the high top in the middle as the head.

Star in Candlestick Pattern

Star the star,especially doji star, is a warning that the prior trend may be ensing. The star's small real body represent a statmate in the tug betwen the bulls and bears. the star is part of four reversal pattern including :

1. The Evening Star The evening star is the bearish counterpart of the morning star pattern. It is aptly name because he evening star ( the planet Venus ) appears just before darkness sets in. Since the evening star is a top reversal it should be acted on if it arises after an uptrend.

2. The Morning Star the morning star is a bottom reversal pattern. Its name derived because, like morning star ( the planet Mercury) that foretells the sunrise.

3. The Doji Star
Doji -- a session in which th eopen and closed are the same ( or almost the same ). There are different varienties of doji lines ( such as a gravestone or long-legged doji) depending on where the opening and closing are in realtion to the entire range. Doji lines are among the most important individual candlestick lines.
When a doji gap above a real body in a rising market, or gap under a real body in a falling market, that doji is called a doji star.
Doji stars are a potent warning that the perior trend is apt to change. The session after the doji should confirm the trend reversal.

4. The Shooting sSar A shooting star is a two-line pattern that sends a warning of an impending top. Its looks like its name , a shooting star. It is usually not a major reversal signal as is the evening star. The shooting star has a small real body at the lower end of its range with a long upper shadow. As with all stars, the color of the real body isn't important. A shooting star shaped candlestick after a downtrend could be a bullish signal.
Such a line is ccalled an Inverted Hammer. In any of these star pattern the real body of the star can be white or black.

I learn candlestick pattern from e-book Steve Nison. i just want share my favorite candle in my trading.

1.Hammer and Hanging Man

The hammer and hanging man can be recognized by the criteria : a. The real body is at upper end of the trading range. The color of the body not important b. A long lower shadow should be twice the height of the real body c. It should have no, or very short, upper shadow Although the real body of the hammer or hanging man can be white or black. The hammer is a popular candlestick if only for its name. The single candle line appears in a downtrend with a small body and long lower shadow. During the trading day, the bears force price much lower, but by day’s end, the bulls have managed a recovery by pushing price back up. Since the hammer acts as a reversal of the downtrend, you would expect a white hammer to be more bullish and result in better performance than a black one.

2. Dark Cloud Cover

it is a two candlestick pattern that is a top reversal after a uptrend or, at times, at the top of a congestion band. Dark cloud cover begins in an upward price trend with bulls forcing the stock higher. A tall white candle appears, suggesting additional gains, and the next day cooperates when price gaps open higher than the prior day’s peak. However, the bears take over and selling pressure pushes price to close near the day’s low, completing the candle.

3. Piercing

Just as a dark cloud cover is a top reversal, its opposite, the piercing pattern is a bottom reversal. the first candlestick is a real black body day and the second is a long, white a real body day. Price trends downward leading to the start of the piercing candle, so the bears are in control. Then a black candle prints on the chart, reinforcing the bearish pressure. The next day opens with price gapping lower, below the low of yesterday’s black candle. Then the bulls burst onto the scene and begin pressuring price upward. At day’s end, a white candle remains and price closes above the midpoint of the prior black candle but below the top of the black candle’s body. This endpoint is an arbitrary one to distinguish the piercing pattern from similar candles.
